Cancellations on holiday are not entitled to change of date.
2-Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival, have no right of changing dates.
3-Cancellations of number of nights during the stay will have to pay the full amount of the unused reservation.
4-Date changes depend on the availability and the price may vary according to seasons.
5-Change of dates only apply on one occasion.

3-In a regular season, we guarantee the reservation with the minimum payment of 1 night by charges ofcredit cards, VISA, MasterCard or by deposit into our bank account, (Travel agencies must pay the entirestay). During holidays, such as (Carnival, Easter, Independence,Christmas and New Year) we reserved witha payment of a 100% of the stay.
4-The payment that guarantees the reservation must be made within 48 hours after approval of theapplication, if the payment is not received the room(s) will be released for other solicitudes.
5-Bookings discounts apply to retirees or seniors citizens must contain a copy of the Panamanian ID and theretiree certificate. Discounts to retired or elderly apply only to services used by these retirees.
6-Reservations subject to tax exoneration should have a copy of the document to support it.
